There are many mindful awareness and presence techniques outside of meditation that creates a sense of peace, presence and happiness in our lifes while assisting to reduce the impact of stress and simultaneously increasing our awareness. One of the mindful awareness and presence techniques are called Open Focus. Open Focus was developed by Les Fhemi.
Open Focus is a guided technique. You can simply listen to the audio tracks as Les Fhemi guides you through Open Focus. Each track is about thirty minutes therefor make time at night for the next four days to learn the Open Focus technique.
You will start your introduction to the mindful awareness and presence technique you will go on a four day journey as an introduction to the mindful awareness and presence technique, Open Focus. The first two days are introductory in nature and just explains the technique. Day three and four you will practice two different guided approaches to the technique. As a result you only have to carve out 30 minutes over a period of four days to learn the Open Focus technique.
