Introduction to deep breathing

This class is of an introductory nature. It assumes no previous experience or practice of breathing techniques. 

The workshop is suitable for those who are seeking to create more calmness, presence and balance in their lifes and themselves by integrating the simple everyday activity of breathing more deliberately. We will connect with breath as the life force, the connection of self with all that is.


This class is of an introductory nature. You will learn how to use different breathing techniques to create calmness, relaxation, presence and reduce stress by taking the mind away from activity to inward reflection. You can use the techniques learned on the day to do before your meditation to centre yourself on your practice as well. Please bring a mat or blanket to sit and lie on outside and dress warmly as it is winter now.
